One Arm is Lagging

Hey,
I’ve explained once or twice before about my injured forearm which I broke in my early teens… Ever since I started lifting it’s caused problems, pains, injuries etc.

So from some of your advice I went out and seeked a physiotherapist. I did a month of physio then they signed me off saying I had made remarkable progress which is pretty relative considering I wanted 100% ROM I would say I have about 50-60% ROM.

This being said it makes it extremely difficult to do any form of curls; wrist, barbell, dumbbell.

My good arm is making excellent progress but my bad one is starting to lag behind because of the lack of ROM it has a knock on effect and my bicep doesn’t get stimulated very well.

I’m not asking how to fix this I’ve accepted that there probably isn’t any chance of 100% ROM… But I want to know from any experienced trainers if there are any exercises I can do that will help?

I do hammer curls since they don’t involve the same amount of movement but even doing this I don’t get much growth.

Thanks in advance. BLF1990
