One Arm 16 3/4' But Weaker Than Other Arm 16'

Anyone experience this? I’ve been doing powerlifting style training for a year or so and haven’t really measured my guns until now.

I can work a lot harder with the smaller arm which is my non-dominant hand.

My dominant hand is left, and my left arm is 16 3/4’ but actually weaker at all rep ranges. I use it to write, eat, wipe my ass, etc.

Should I throw in some unilateral work on my right? I kinda want both strength and size symmetry.

Measurement is around peak of bicep.

Maybe I can do a high weight low rep program for left and a high rep low weight program for right.

I wouldn’t ultimately worry about it too much, imbalances are just part of the game.

My left arm is smaller (circumference) than my right arm, but stronger and probably .5"-1" longer. Who knows man.

I recommend HolyMac’s 360 Muscle program.

My left weaker arm(iam right handed) is actually a quarter inch bigger than the right but it seems to be because my left long head of my triceps has a slightly shorter length than the right and my left biceps inserts slightly futher down my arm than the right.
