Here is formatting information.
You can also start your own training log if you want. Just start a thread under the training log section or bigger stronger leaner. Then you can post your workouts or just blabber on endlessly like I do. Then people can read yours and comment. It’s a pretty good way to get to know people and let them get to know you. Also, they are apparently undergoing an upgrade at this particular moment, so everything is kinda weird.

Feel free to stop by anytime and your posts are always welcome on my log. No need to erase.

I’m fairly happy with he progress that I am making. I haven’t been tracking my food and I’m feeling pretty good with what I’ve been eating.
I want to get at least two more cycles out of this program (maybe 3, we will see) then I’m planning to switch to something different. I’ve very much enjoyed this so I think I will come back to it maybe next fall, or try a different version of 5/3/1 at that time.
I’ve had a weird weekend. Found out yesterday that a kid I went to school with was murdered last week. I know it’s never going to be good news when my sister calls me and says hey, do you remember so and so? It’s always someone who has died. Usually it’s a car accident or a drug overdose or the occasional suicide. He wasn’t someone that I was close with but it’s still disturbing. Then my sister called me this morning freaking out because my dad lost my mom, then they found her (she went out for a walk) and my dad was yelling at my mom (so helpful with an Alzheimer’s patient) and my sister is probably going to have a heart attack from all the stress of taking care of my parents. They need help but my dad won’t let someone come in to help but he is not capable of taking care of her. It’s a mess. I spent most of my morning trying to decide if I need to take the week off of work and drive out there to try to help figure out what to do.
My brain hurts.

Today is a day.

Sorry you and your sister are going through this. Neither of my parents had dementia but a few of my peeps have, it’s tough. So fucking hard, heartbreaking and exhausting.

You can try the search function if you can remember the name of the thread.
Donyou remember the name?
I don’t know of a way to just pull up muted threads.
If you replied on it you can find it manully by going through your replies or someone else’s you know replied and follow the breadcrumbs.

Got through one round and quit. I’m extremely distracted and couldn’t get my head into the right space. Hopefully the monotony of housework will give my brain the shutdown and reboot that it needs to improve my mental state. I’m not optimistic, but I will give it a shot.

Make sure you get a good nights sleep, I will be watching. By that I mean reading your log tomorrow and seeing what you do, not literally watching you sleep. That would be weird. LOL
