I Used them yesterday as i had the gym to myself and only my spotter was with me, so I tried them out. They’re amazing!
I feel sore as hell today, but they hit so many core muscles it was unbelievable!

Yep.

They are better when you start dropping 60+kg from over your head and having it bounce above your waist.

the weird thing was, the guy who spots me look at me like WTF is he doing…

Then he went and did his barbell bicep curls in the squat rack.

Yesterday my position coach coached me up on the power clean and I finally felt as if my life had arrived in a comfortable situation

they are da s#@$! I went to a small church gym once and did them there and everybody was like what the heck is he doing and it impressed the ladies too :). Not to mention what they do for upperback development, core, and posterior chain as a whole! Awsome exercise and i’ve only been doing for about 3 months and it brought a new level of development for my back!

Yeah, they are easy to forget to do, because so little workouts use them. I did snatches the other day for my back workout, and MAN felt so good, and SO powerful. I’m going to keep doing them once a week from now on.
