Full ROM on alot of exercises(Especially pressing movements) IMO is a bad idea if you want to be in this game for a long time.

Also, as to the ‘Undercover’ pro,… he does seem to have a pretty level headed, and seemingly accurate view of the real industry. Not the magazine BS that some guys read and think it’s the real story. Not sure if I 100% believe his credentials, but will admit that it’s a very entertaining read nonetheless. Let’s face it, there’s a lot of BS in this sport, doesn’t make it any less enjoyable to watch.
Besides, despite some of the more stand-up individuals in the game (or even ‘family man types’), there are some very shady characters. Not even just the competitors, but all of the hangers-on and administrative sorts as well. Makes me chuckle when people talk about cleaning up the sports image. Either take it or leave it. Personally, despite my own stance on ‘usage’, I love following the IFBB. If we’re talking straight physically deserving to win, Kai can potentially do it. As to will they let him? Your guess is as good as mine.

I really hope that heath doesn’t win either, IMO he’s a little shit. IFBB bodybuilding is essentially the only sport that you can’t cheat in, but he still found a way (standing a good foot and a half in front of the line)…
I honestly believe that Kai is the better bodybuilder, but politics in bodybuilding is too influential… and it always has been when you think about it (columbo vs padilla etc). it is only when the level of development is SO unequal that justice is served, for example Ramy vs Martinez in Martinez’s home turf.
