Why hasn’t anyone mentioned that this is very poor deadlift form? I’m surprised Arnold didn’t blow his back out!

…
Working up to a heavy single or triple isn’t the best way to put on muscle. I shared a squat rack with a guy once that was about twice my size and could squat the same weight I could do 3 times only about 5 times with questionable form.
On the other hand he could crank out about 15 reps with about 20 pounds less where I had to lower the weight about 30 pounds to hit 10 reps. Most bodybuilders only do a little maxing out and stick more with totally fatiguing the muscle not the nervous system. That’s why you don’t see more doing things like deadlifts.

Why is it that every thread we start about a legit bodybuilding topic, if it goes long enough somebody throws a little MMA guy up as if he is relevant in ANY way to the topic at hand. Not too long till we start seeing baseball players, jacked chefs, and ripped up clowns from the three ring circus. Nobody gives a shit about MMA in the bodybuilding discussions.[/quote]
x2
i dunno why some people on here somehow think that BB’ing and MMA equate.
