I think i shot my wad for this week on the deadlifts yesterday. just ran out of gas on #9, so I decided to get a couple of heavier singles. 295 was a little slow. 305 is the most I have ever benched, even though the calculator says I should be able to bench 321. I may make this a habit on the 5’s days, just work up to a moderately (for me) heavy single. We’ll see. RugDoctor has motivated me to start moving up weight on the kroc roze, so I went up to 122x5x10. had to put it down to reset my grip several times, so I will be at this weight for a few weeks.

I should feel like boiled shit today, after yesterday’s training, and I don’t. just a little tired. I have been using Surge Recovery (i just started this cycle, so today was my 4th dose) and it appears to be working.

I find it difficult to lift hard two days in a row. Esp if the first day is either deads or squats. I did squats last night and know I’d be weak as shit if I lifted today.

I have been only able to get two days for the past three weeks
usually back to back, ideally Id like to do M T off T F
and be off weekends, works great if I get lucky I can squeeze the second day in before doms.

Fuggin’ awesome training. The dips with weight really put the bench in perspective… I’m doing sets of 5-10 with 45 plate… guess I gotta step it up too if I wanna break the 400 mark. Thanks for the wake up call brother.

Kmac, I have decided that in order for me to get 3-4 sessions in per week, I will have to sell my son and his mother to the gypsies. It’ll be great to have some recovery time again…

I missed because of mental weakness, not physical. i just gave up. all I can see to the north is vag, I am still WAY south.

i got 1/2 set of my accessories, then realized that my hour was up. I just don’t have time to do cleans and squats and front squats and pull down abz. I don’t want to sacrifice cleans, because they are helping me grow my yoke.

I am thinking that for squat accessories, I just need to do them on another day. there just isn’t enough time at lunch. My plan is to go in tomorrow and do front skwatts and pulldown abz. perhaps some tabata stuff to burn off some tubbiness. That is my plan, but I will consult the oracle, and do as His Jimness commands.

front squats totally kick my ass. found my groove on the last set but it was still pretty hard. i haven’t heard back from jim, but I am going to do this 5-day wave (mil-dead-bench-squat-squat accessories) for the rest of this cycle and see how it goes.

did bbb militaries at 115, to increase next session, getting stronger at these.

This is a real short session, which was nice. in and out in less than 30 min, weight coming down.

Nice dips! and good to hear success on the fat loss

Really good work on the dips and the mp are coming along nice. Keep improving on the front squats and you’ll start having thoughts of being an Oly lifter.

John, you’re getting to be a strong mofo. Dips with 325x7 is great. The MP is really coming along as well.

325 is still 325. bw+35 or bw+100 it doesn’t matter. Now take the compliment or I’ll get upset and drink a bottle of wine tonight.
