The only people who favour Zane/Arnolds physiques are people who have no idea about bbing and have only watched pumping iron. These people probably can’t name 15 or even 10 people in the current line up. Ruhl looks stupid but you gotta love when he is on. I’m glad he competed, probably the last time we will see him too.

Who knows with Heath. I was thinking he might be another Levrone, always coming so close but not quite. But seriously, the guy has been training since 2002…wtf??? Took him, what, 4 years to get his pro card. Who knows what he is capable of with his physique. The commentators mentioned that he probably has the ability to add so much mass the width won’t matter. I doubt it, but interesting nonetheless.

Wolf will probably just be a 5-10 placer from here on…that’s if he fixes his shit.
i’m sorry but you can’t mention levrone and heath in the same breath, not until phil does a little more, levrone took second multiple times and levrone has a better frame then phil. i’m sorry call me a hater but phil is like a shiny car wowing everyone until up close you realize he’s a two door Hyundai, w/ a shiny paint job.

love branch agree that he shouldn’t take second based on his flaws, shit he could be skinless and still not get second. i’m thrilled for him and love him but he should have been fourth at best, behind dex and possibly behind kai, if kai is on branch could try a million times and not beat him…that’s the pageantry of it though, it’s about who’s on that day.

im sorry i don’t mean to trash phil what he’s done in a short time frame is amazing and his arms are off the hook, i guess i have to stop reading youtube comments because the cutler heath fanboy are what makes me hate them. i don’t care for either if there physiques that much, but Culter’s foot stomp move is crazy, his legs are HUGE!

But just look at this year… Kai already has ten times the fan-base of most other Olympia contestants combined
Have the others shown their cocks?

I wish they would say/post their on stage weight and height for each competitor.

They used to when it was on Pay per view. I am surprised they didn’t this time. On every old recording I have of the Olympia going back to at least 98, they did that.
Has it been posted yet what each of the Top 6 this year weighed in at? Just really curious to see their stats.

And I must say I was glad to see Cutler win, I was shocked at how good he looked on stage.

BTW did you guys watch the figure competition? Jessica Putnam anyone hmmmm?

She’s from my city, I’ve seen her in the gym a couple times, and she came to sign autographs with her husband peter at my college gym once.

OH MY GOD is all I have to say. Possibly the most incredible ass I have ever seen and just drop dead gorgeous. She is one of those women that just seems way to good looking to be real.

God Bless her for coming to sign autographs wearing tights…

Branch Warren’s back is lagging? News to me.

And his arms aren’t big enough? He’s carrying the same amount of size there proportionally as Jay.

I had Branch and Dex at the top. Couldn’t decide where to put them as they were pretty equal in terms of conditioning with Branch carrying muscularity and Dex carrying aesthetics. Branch had Jay matched on muscularity (coming in around 10 lbs lighter than Jay, but being significantly shorter) and much more aesthetically pleasing with that dense look, full delts, and a tighter waist. I had Jay at 5th at best. I just don’t see how he didn’t get docked for his 42" waist and thick, striation less skin. Perhaps these are just things that the judges have come to expect of Jay in the 8 years of lackluster showings since 2001 (arguably the best Cutler we’ve seen) so they just don’t dock him for his rather obvious flaws.

*forgot to add the picture to that last one…

Congrats to Jay. I haven’t seen pics, but did Wolf look that bad? Bad enough for last place? It’s hard for me to fathom that, considering the success he’s had the past couple of years.

figure girls will never be out.

Jessica Putnam at the Olympia. Still fucking hot when she’s shredded.

When Jay and Branch were standing together waiting for Chic to announce the winner, Jay’s arms dwarfed Branch’s.

That doesn’t make the statement relevant though. Jay was Mr. Olympia and I don’t remember seeing him promoting the sport publicly to any degree worth discussing. I do believe Ronnie was actually friends with Jay Leno by the time he quit competing. What the hell did Jay do for the sport that would make Chic say what he did?
Just because Ronnie Coleman did more for the sport does not mean Jay Cutler did/does nothing special. For one, like Ronnie, Jay has always been open and friendly to the fans. The same cannot be said about Dexter, who according to many is just plain rude. Being friendly, polite and open to the fans already makes Jay a much better champion.

Dexter also proved to be a very bad loser by not congratulating Branch Warren. The mark of a true champion is how he handles a defeat. There is no reason to be disrespectful to your peers ever!! No matter how unjust the outcome may appear. Jay Cutler came back to win the Olympia again this year after losing it, a feat that was unprecedented. That alone makes him a true champion.

This isn’t about who signed more pictures when approached by fans. I am talking about REPRESENTING THE SPORT OF BODYBUILDING and if someone is going to say Jay was “always the champ”, then it is a slap in the face to anyone who has competed and won in the past few years since he did. Jay Cutler is not a good ambassador of the sport.

In fact, as things like this go, the best by far have been

-Arnold
-Lee Haney
-Ronnie Coleman
-and yes, even Lou Ferrigno (even though he didn’t win the Olympia but people paid more attentiont to bodybuilding because he was in the public eye since the late 70’s in movies and tv)

Jay Cutler doesn’t even belong on the board.

What does this have to do with Chic’s comment? So, because one competitor doesn’t shake the hand of another, this makes lame comments ok by a public MC?

Really?

For the record, putting Branch second means the judges just backtracked on every issue they were making over the last 4 years or so about aesthetics.

I came to the conclusion watching the show that their coloring throws me off more than how lean they are in most cases, at least for the figure girls. The fitness girls definitely could use some softening up, especially in their faces, but Trish Warren was fucking banging even in contest condition.

Did you watch the vids, or did you just look at the pictures? I often thought that the pics looked like they were taken at a completely different show…

Just saying. Branch has certainly brought up his arms and back, but they still didn’t cut it.
Especially evident with the arms in his most-muscular.

Oh god, some of those girls were just total tens.

I just pictured buying them hamburgers and chocolate milkshakes so their asses would come back the whole time…

That must be awesome by the way…watching an ass grow? I could do that for months at a time.

Fit fine women with magical growing asses yet they stay in shape? That’s better than crack.

Been away a few days, time to join the fun.

These are taken from where I can compare Dex and Branch directly on video for a few shots.

As much as I can’t believe Branch got second, neither should Dex with that little girlie waist and smaller legs compared to the others…Kai or Phil for 2nd would have been better with Victor 6th still.
