That’s awesome!
Mind if I ask what fed/show you’re doing? Or what the events are?

Strongman Corp. (they seem to be the ones in the area) Refuge barbell classic. Plus I have a neighbor competing at it and we are now like instant buds. He’s a heavyweight though.
I hope there is a reason they don’t allow roller skates on the carry
You know that the only reason a rule like that is made is because someone did.
And won.
I get the roller skates, but no forklifts? This is madness. Form Nazis.
@Chris_Colucci I will try and get an after picture somewhere with a functioning mirror and no random strangers trying to get changed in peace. Failing that, I’ll just copy and paste my before picture.
Done over here. Glad to join the cool kids in the Not-Looking-Much-Different gang.
Down just 7 pounds, to 191, about half as much as I usually drop during these things. Likely from not following any structured plan whatsoever until about 7 weeks ago. Also likely from weekend nachos.
I can’t believe I missed this picture. Your quads are absolutely massive dude!!!
I actually think that could go 2 ways. They won handily, or died…
You still look tall!
But they’re seemingly allowed on the farmer’s carry!
No you look leaner than last year for sure.
And I also feel people are quite hard on themselves. 7 lbs is progress. Getting stronger or more endurant is progress.
We have to remember this was once again a shitty year, who induced lots of stress, for our finances, health, enjoyment and mental well-being.
Most of us didn’t have access to a gym for a long time. Heck I only started a program and going to the gym 12 weeks ago.
Give yourselves more credits guys ![]()
Haha thanks man. Definitely strong quad genetics in my family
LOL you win the internet today mate.
@Chris_Colucci here’s my final pics.
Started at 175 and ended at 175 pounds.
Considering I was on lock down for 90% of the 6 months and only using resistance bands I will call it
Good on you for finishing it and training through lockdown any way you could.
I was looking back at everyone’s photos, and noticed those nice black and white striped socks, amidst the usual strong and buff-ness you possess.
I kindly offer my Monopoly socks in exchange for those striped ones. ![]()
My end photos:
Not really what I had hoped for when I started this challenge but still happy with the result, I was able to find consistency in my training, I also found my balance in my diet and everything is progressing in the right direction (even if it there are a few let go from time to time). look forward to next year to see the evolution!
Here’s my after
One thing I really wanted to improve was my back, and it has but I don’t think I’m lean enough to show it off at the moment. It’s been a tough stint recently.
Here’s my before of my back which I just shot for me at the time but might as well share
My man!! Serious progress there! Good to see you living and kicking!
Youc ertainly are waay leaner than before, how much weight did you lose?
And shut the fuck up, look at your back! Your christmas tree is showing, as well your rhomboids and teres minor and all, you even have a trap vein and they are beefier no doubt
Nice vein or your arms as well, we can see the wjple pack and obliques, and your shoulders are definitely rounder
You might not notice it because you see it everyday, but as I haven’t ehard from you or see your pics in a while (1-2 months now?), the progress is astounding ![]()
