I posted a pic above, my entry into the “least progress year to year” category, that’ll probably end up being my final. Some stuff has come up and I don’t know if I’m even gonna be able too workout for a few weeks, so that’s probably gonna be as good as it gets for me.
I’m joining you @wanna_be on the zero gains/regression wagon, but I’ll post pictures just because accountability and stuff, it’ll help future efforts.
So:
Ended at 210, can’t remember what I started at.
Missed a fair chunk of training during this, consistency was an issue due to circumstances (and excuses!), Diet was atrocious - no real excuses here just bad discipline. Haven’t got any closer to my top two goals, which sucks. Goal 3 for the year involved conditioning and I hit a running PR so that’s something I suppose. Time to see if I can redeem the rest of the year.
Also hit some bench PRs but the weren’t even part of the goal list.
I had a dexa scan done this morning just to confirm my suspicions lol I’m starting to think I enjoy hating myself

I’m planning on posting Wednesday morning (when I’m going to be significantly leaner than I am now lol), follow mine, it will make you feel better.
That I suck at building muscle and suck at losing fat. The only positive is I lost a good bit of viceral fat. So, I’m healthier, but haven’t accomplished any goal I actually care about.
Pretty sure I lost more muscle on this cut than fat. That was a cut with TRT and even some var. on paper it’s impossible, no one could screw that up, yet here we are.
And the quads dude, don’t forget the quads?
Weren’t you using something stronger as part of your weight gain? It makes sense that you lost some muscle during your cut if you switched from like D-Bol to girl steroids. Like that would happen to anyone, especially an inexperienced user.
Either way you dropped the visceral fat, which is great. And now you’re ready to move forward with some direction. And your legs look really solid so there is hope.
Not sure I submitted before quad shots, plus without flexing (stupid competition rules) nothing on me looks impressive.
@alex_uk I can’t remember what your before looked like but your shoulders are looking pretty darn good in this shot. Nice.

Most people don’t seem to care about this rule. You do you, man.
Yep plenty of flexing going on in here. Regardless of the flex it always obvious which people have done a really good job.
