Big mindset change over the last few weeks which aren’t physique oriented so getting shit out there and being accountable. Kinda glad to have the shackles off and going down my own road now
Goal was to bulk up and have achieved that with weight gain of 8-9lbs
Hats off to everyone who took part and contributed via their logs.
Thanks to this challenge, increasing output and being motivated by you crazy bastards, I have experienced one of my best training cycles of all time.

@ChongLordUno You appear to have more confidence. That is what I see. I see changes in the upper. I feel like you transformation is just getting up to speed. I’m thinking another 2 months is all you need if you keep the same focus.
Still in, of course. I took last 5 months to rebuild my body after Covid-19 infection, which has totally destroyed my legs and left me with a skinny fat belly.

I noticed that too. Maybe he’s using the instagram muscle filter, I use it on all my photos now.
What do you attribute the growth to? I don’t do direct bicep work either.

sorry to say, but I’m out this time. I’ve had quite the year trying to start a business and having a baby last month. I ate pretty bad and didn’t train.
That said, I just joined a 6 month DietBet where I have to lose 10% of my body weight so I’m back in the game, just at the wrong time.
I’ll be back next year!
