Ha, dude, I’ve just gone numb to it. Pwn has fairly consistent track record of being the second to post in the Photo/Video check-ins, right after my opening contributions there.

For me, it’s the initial push. I started experimenting with fasting three weeks ago. The first two weeks were the 5:2 approach - 5 normal days with two fasting days. Those consisted of two 400 calorie meals 12 hours apart.
Last week, I decided to do one day of fasting from dinner to dinner.
The results are that I finally dropped down to 225 and I’m hanging between 225 and 228 despite showing little restraint on my normal days.
Look out, T-Nation. I’m about to come in here and look the exact same as my before photo!

Cake, not so much. I did however eat about 2 pounds of ribeye before and another pound after this. On the other hand I also did a deadlift/squat workout before this. I’m not sure my daily balance is ultimately shifted towards getting leaner, but I’m definitely getting more jacked. You know your diet is in a pretty good place when to “cheat” on your birthday you barely change anything.
Honestly, I’m been using rocks and tree trunks for this kind of stuff, the bag is way easier.
