Is that a Rockstar Xdurance Cotton Candy I spy? Those taste amazing and very much like cotton candy, probably more so than any other energy drink I’ve tried.

Just what I was thinking.
About a month back I cut out pizza Saturdays, pre workout cookies, and lunch went from 2 cliff bars to one.
Starting last week I cut my daily 22-24 eggs down to 16 and, for the first time this challenge, I’m getting hungry. Time for the real progress to kick in

These are actually from the start of the month, Approaching what might be as lean as I’ll get this year. “Front shot” and “Actually relaxed”
Having the kids at home alllll the time leaves me completely drained come (my limited) workout time so most fat loss from here on out is all dietary.

That’s actually just my dad’s garage, separate from the house. If was a prefab metal building that we framed in. He has a 36’x46’ garage with a small apartment in it, which is now something of a life goal for me.
