Not really a confession, but I did eat parts of two pizzas last night so there a couple pieces left for garlic bread this morning.

That counts as dieting down to me.

It’s a good place to say the f-word a lot on Easter Sunday.

Also, for the observant, this IS in fact a Mickey Mouse waffle covered in sunbutter and a mug of almond milk. No, I’m not sure when I became this person. But also I got this from Kohls and it has changed my avocado based world

Bottom part cuts the avocado, middle part takes out the pit, upper is what resulted in those perfect scoops.

The fact you felt this was mention-worthy implies it was intentional, ie, you put extra effort into finishing the workout in that amount of time. I know nothing of BtM–is one of its parameters that the workouts are time-restricted in some manner?

The opposite: you’re to take as much time as you need. It’s enough work that most folks tend to take 90-120 minutes to get it done. This is what day 1 shakes out to (the first number being percentages, rather than sets)

  • Squat - 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 90x5, 90x5, 90x5, 90x5
  • Press - 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 70xAMRAP
  • Chins – 100 total reps
  • Face Pulls/Band Pullaparts – 100 total reps
  • Dips – 100-200 total reps
