@alex_uk Sorry man, no way that’s true. According to some, there’s no bodybuilder on earth that trains the way I do, so I must be something else, haha.
I’m trying, I got the sunbutter. But I looked at the celery and thought, who am I kidding, it will just sit there in the fridge and go bad. I looked at the avocados and they were .58 instead of .50, I’m not paying the extra.
Spoons are a great sunbutter delivery system. But dude: 58 cents is less than a McDouble. You won’t find a better deal.

Physique hasn’t changed much but conditioning is coming along well and I was pretty close to hitting 275lbs on the farmers for a 50ft PR at 5lbs lighter bodyweight than when I hit 265lbs.

Actually hit a new low bw of 183 this morning… after adding some fat back in… as much experience as I have doing this things still never really make intuitive sense. I’m getting leg vascularity and still have no leg separation. I was really hoping for some separation.
Since everyone is sharing, here is my breakfast. 10-12 ounces of chicken thighs, 8 ounces of organ grind, and 2 eggs. only eating 2 meals, but this is my smaller meal.
