I’m down to 207. Diet mindset kicked in about a week ago. Slowly but surly developing an eating disorder. Should be full swing by June 1st just I time to reverse diet out and have one hell of a clean bulk not much has changed visually. I can grab much less fat around my torso, so I can tell it’s heading in the right direction, but still not quite as visible.
Edit: I’m going to see my girlfriends family this weekend. Bringing turkey meatballs with me lol
I find time for both.
I built a pulley system for the garage gym a while ago and I’ve been on-point keeping carbs in check … but then I counted some yardwork as training the other day.

I’m getting stronger (2 lifetime PRs this past week), and only slightly fatter.
I actually ate salad twice last week. Y’all better step it up. I am in it to win it!

My nutrition is so garbage. I’ll eat two salads with chicken during work and then derail when I get home. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
That is very relatable. I’ve had my own foibles with that, but I’m not going to foist the how’s and whats on others.
It is sufficient to say The difficulty is real!
Ate BBB Beefcake for breakfast, set a lifetime PR on Axle Grace with 2:46, I keep adding more food to my diet and I’m still peeled, I’m hitting a pizza buffet on Friday, a 10 mile race on Saturday, Easter brunch buffet on Sunday, and then crushing “Building the Monolith”.

I’ve set a few (lifetime?) PRs and am nearly down to my target weight, 172, which will be my lower limit. Stronger too. And happy.
Two weeks from finishing up deepwater Intermediate… My weight has gone up a couple pounds, which is awesome. Once I start advanced food will taper off and the shred begins.
Up over 11lbs since the beginning and closing in on a lifetime weight PR (217) - going for 220 diet has been awesome (because it’s so full of sugar and fat!!!).
Honestly not looking a huge amount fatter (I carry it well
) definitely fatter but par for the course, particularly given my poor dietary discipline. I do wonder how much better I’d look/perform if I exercised some dietary restraint.
Some good bench PRs recently (obviously all the extra mass is helping) and I can still crank out chin ups so the weight gain can’t be that bad…right?
This is the big question, huh? Along with “should I start exercising some dietary restraint NOW, or wait some more?”
