How strong are you if your heart gives out? I’m playing the long game.

This is why my role model is Marvel’s Strong Guy, who is prone to heart attacks

To make this not total garbage, things are going too well in training

I wish LA Fitness had these various bars you have. I will have a complete home gym one day. I used to be against it, but after watching what people have access to a home, now I want one.

Not nearly as impressive as Pwnisher’s squat session. But training is going well here too, hit a PR yesterday!
4x5 squats @ 185
1x3 squat @ 205
First time squating over 200Lbs!

I mean, pwn was only squatting 185lbs so in a way, you beat him. Just ignore the rep count and the 36 x 220lbs front squats he didn’t include in the video.

Joking aside, 205lbs for someone of your size, on a cut, is seriously impressive lifting.

Breakfast for day 1 of the new program. Sorry I had to break out the PEDS, but you are all screwed now.

What is that thing at the top?

Keto waffle stick. Made with this

Now that you have all these keto alternatives, would you ever consider eating the “real thing” or is it just not worth it

I mean for foods like waffles, it’s not like the “real version “ is any healthier

I would consider it.

What type of training would warrant that fuel?

That’s not how I approach things. What you are describing is disordered eating.

You have a large supply of keto foods and I’m just flat out skeptical of “diet” foods. I lump keto into the diet food category because so many people have thrown it around like a cult idol similar to Atkins or gluten free.

I haven’t looked at these products, but are the ingredients somewhat natural or are these foods like our diet sodas and sugar free sweet treats? Would I be trading carbs for man made substitutes? You genuinely have me considering a trip to Costco… not because I want to go low carb, but because I like to eat a lot of food.

It’s worth noting these aren’t low CALORIE options: they’re low CARB options. The calories are about the same: I’m just swapping carbs for fats. I’ve been gradually increasing my dietary fats and choosing good sources for them as a means of improving my health and quality of life.

There’s no magic to it: you can’t eat too many calories. Costco won’t really save you there. Even the bread I eat from there isn’t unique: Sara Lee makes 45 calorie a slice bread just like the Keto Friendly bread: it’s just higher carb.

Bounced up to 179-180ish.

However I’m happy that there’s an arm vein wanting to reach a bit further up my arm

I hear Tia Claire-Toomey is training with the Australian bobsled team. You should find them and see how those legs can push a sled.
