I was hoping you could trick your body with a technicality.
I’ll bring this up at the next board meeting
As someone whose wife runs a girl scout daisy troop, and whose daughter moves more product than most Columbian drug lords, the correct answer is Somaos.
Sorry man: you are confusing the heart healthy coconut for the anabolic power of peanuts. But John Meadows would be proud.
I guess what I need to know is if the samoas have anything remotely related to the Samoan people. Because if so, The Rock is a strong argument in favor of the coconut.
Lats look much improved my man
Those beard gainz! ![]()
Yes, mate. Going well - keep it up!
You better plait that beard soon mate. Let those viking genes run wild
Speaking of Peanut Butter, I am entering “phase 2” of my diet where the only change I will be making is not buying any more peanut butter, for at least a month. I honestly think this could result in about 6-8 pounds of fat loss next month… Its just too dangerous to keep in the house any more.
I just put a batch of banana bread in the oven and my only regret is that I didn’t put peanut butter in the batter
Not possible. @ChongLordUno has been doing pull-ups as his only back exercise, but Paul Carter assured us pull-ups don’t work the lats. Maybe Chong has those photoshop skills you’re shopping for.
Don’t worry, no pb in batter = more opportunity to layer it on thick when it comes out!
Wasn’t it about the deadlift? Saying this about the pull-ups really is ludicrous and spitting in the face of basic anatomy…
It was chins not biasing the lats.
Oops, my bad. @TrainForPain’s observation skates through on a technicality that’s the difference between a curve ball and a screw ball.
As I recall it descended further into the madness you described, haha.
I never finished the thread, but the way it was going, I’m sure you’re right.
ROFL I’m not going to beat a dead horse but yeah…
