Where I come from that is not bbq. It’s some grilled kabobs and links.
This is BBQ

And not one leaf of lettuce… lol

Congratulations!

You’re not going anywhere on that thing until you pay the upcharge and get a second wheel.

Anything cooked on a barbecue is barbecue in our wonderful country. It’s a way of life.

It’s all good. I call anything with tomatoes Italian, and sauerkraut=German, so it’s not a stretch at all to go with grilled=BBQ.

BBQ does not come from a grill. It comes from a smoker. A grill is permissible in certain scenarios to alter the outside texture to a certain extent, but BBQ comes from a smoker.

What is wrong with you people.

Is your breakfast just three eggs?

But then again I remember we have very different meal frequencies

I believe he also adds a nice pile of pre-packaged, sliced sous vide beef

Haha, well now I feel somewhat unattentive

Over here BBQ comes from a pit. That is literally what we call it… a barbecue pit. Large chucks of meat, ribs or thick cuts of meat, cooked for several hours over wood coals.

Here, the device is called the barbecue. It has a grill and a hotplate, but the unit is the barbecue. This anything cooked on it is barbecued.

And considering people always associate australia with “throw another shrimp on the barbie” it definitely counts :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

FYI I’ve never met Australian who’s ever said that or eaten a shrimp. We have prawns or yabbies, but not shrimp

Are “bugs” the same thing?

Well, I’m a Yankee for starters. Then theres the Scottish thing.

After that it’s anybodys guess.

Don’t know if it still works but, “POWERPROJECT” 25% discount.

Yeah, that is my first meal of the day, before training (with the steak, as mentioned) Then, after training is a 3/4 cup of egg whites with protein powder and green supplement. 20 mins later is a light n fit greek yogurt. 20-30 min after that is 2/3 cup of fat free skyr mixed with PB powder. 20-30 min after that is some cooked egg whites. 20-30 min after that is a quest bar. And then about 45-60 min after that is lunch.

@maverick88 I will give it a try next time I shop there: thanks!

Cheesecake factory yesterday and kiddo asked me to take them out to the Golden Corral later this week.

All about the gain train! Seriously: you’re all in trouble.

I mean, who else got in a full day’s worth of training before 0430 today? and on a completely unrelated note, who else got in 3 full days of caffeine before 0730 today?

How much would you consider “a day’s worth”?
