Sorry I’ve edited to add weight in lbs I am 193 lbs :joy:

How tall are you?

I am 172cm or 5 ft 8 in old money.

I’m in.

Not a great photo, but the one in my log was even worse. At least this is consistent with last years I think.

Edit: height: 6 foot
Weight: probably knocking on the door of 200lbs, but scales are broken

Participation medals are a thing, right?

absolutely. Add your height and weight also, then we can see how you progress.

I’m in! Need the external motivation, since I can’t lift basically all of january.
Have a beach vacation at the end of February and anniversary at the end of this challenge so it’s good timing.

31yo, weak, heaviest I’ve ever been in my life after running 5/3/1 and eating lots the past 6 months.
72" tall, 194lbs.

Good starting point, should look good of you can drop some fat.

That’s what I am going for.

Starting weight: 250 on the money.

Main goal: drop fat, get a bigger squat, dont lose strength everywhere else.

Motivation: I’m as disgusted currently with myself as when I started lifting again a few years ago. The maxes are nice, but man am I starting to lose the stronk look. And I’m already hairless and pale, so I dont need the fat to add to the soft look.

I’ll be running darkhorse again. Slightly modified for a longer run. It was the program that got me active on here, and left me in the best shape of my life, with the highest maxes of my life. Now with half the injuries. I dont have a specific weight loss goal by June, I plan on ultimately tweaking until I get down to about 215-225ish, but I’ll post wherever I’m at when June rolls around.

looks like you have some good mass underneath that fluff mate. This will be interesting.

Thanks man! I got kind of absorbed in 531 and just eating to get numbers up… for maybe a little too long. I’m excited to have more than one focus. We shall see on the other side of it though.

Here are my starting pictures, taken a few days ago. Currently weighing about 13.5 stone (189lbs, 85.7kgs).

Transformation definitely needed, given I’ve been putting on weight but over Christmas by Dad turns to me and says “Have you lost some weight? Your arms look smaller”… thanks a bunch!

Not sure what the weird shoulder-tilt is about, hopefully just due to sitting funny that day.

I’m in.

The last two T-ransformations have been embarrassing and I still look pretty much like I did two years ago. I’m confident I can do better this year though.

Don’t have access to scales as I’m away for the holidays but suspect my weight to be around 88kg. Goal by the end is to be around 80kg but I have no idea what I’ll look like at that weight so may change as I go along.

Training log is here - will be following Paul Carter’s How To Build Superhero Muscle routine.
