I thought they looked great given the circumstances.

I’m not sure of your limitations, but if you can do RFESS with bodyweight then I have a workout that makes you hate yourself.

Here we go. No weight change. Still pushing that banged up leg. But some progress.

I’m not winning the transformation, but I accomplished this without obsessively counting calories and weighing my food. Those of you who have been following my log for awhile know how much I’ve struggled with that. This is a victory on that front - I’ve maintained my weight!

Total recomp - you look very different at the same weight. Great work

Sadly I’m very limited with knee extensions; doctor said the more I can rest it, the quicker it will heal.
About your transformation, I can see some serious traps, neck and pecs gains!

Added size with no weight gain, i want to welcome you to my club but you also look leaner so you will have to start a club all on your own. Good job

I’ve been hammering delts and chest so it’s nice to see it’s working.

Can’t argue with that.

Here’s my 19-20 comparison to the day, @Chris_Colucci.

And just for fun, this is from 2018 when I didn’t participate.

Better Day 3. Nothing around my left shoulder bruised and I didn’t need my pec (which is a sharp pain) to pull, so I decided to give deads a go. Strained trap held together, but it is very sore and tight now. Thought about a 3rd attempt at 3 times bodyweight (579), but I decided to quit with 562 which is a 12 pound all time PR since I was cutting to make 220. Updated pics below.

Nice work! Do you always train under your deck or is that just your Corona gym?

I’ve gone back and forth over the years between training at home and in the gym. This is something I’ve had for years. I have another lean-too set up for bench in the back. I was in a gym most of the time before the corona though.

Meh… Shouldn’t have taken that, ā€œdietary breakā€ in April. Could have done better…
