Given three new kids, COVID and restricted access to food, while traveling for work, I’m pretty happy. Jan-March was great. Mid-March-Mid-April were rough. Finished somewhat strong, but will continue to July 1. This is about as fat as I ever hope to be.
Nice work mate, looking strong too.
Forgot to post my weight, from the 200 before I ended at 196.
Modest loss, but considering I was up at 205 3 weeks ago I’m quite proud of my ‘mini cut’
Before and after pictures:
Lost around 6kg and think I put on a bit of muscle, especially on my chest. Probably needed to lose a few more kg to do anything impressive but this year has taught me everything I need to smash it next year. There’s more detail in my log if anyone’s interested.
Finally, got my legs in the afters so I can compare them next year.
Nice work mate, now to just repeat this for the next 29 weeks and see where you are at. Quality
Thanks mate. I’ve had a big breakthrough since January, I finally feel like I know what I’m doing. I said it in my log earlier: I put on some muscle so I know how to do it again now and I’ve lost some weight so I can do that again too.
You are spot on. You have just done a great job, or you just have to keep repeating and work even harder and in a few years you will be amazed.
Wow! So many people here did amazingly well! Good job everyone.
As promised, here are my barely - any - different before and afters, lol .
I have no idea how much I weigh because jenns fitness center doesnt have a scale
…
But ! I have gone from poorly hip thrusting 135lbs to 280lbs for a set of 7 while maintaining mind muscle connection !
“I see this as an absolute win!”
I see a difference! Good job!

Great progress, well done.
Some impressive work in here! A lot of progress. Congrats all!
Here’s where I’m at at this point. I’m up 5 or 6 lbs. but I feel stronger, the weights move pretty easy, and I feel good on endurance stuff.

It’s a pretty crappy pic, but there ya go. It’s been a rough year. I need to bring up the intensity now and start pushing.
Cheers mate, those burpees certainly helped.
