82 kgs on the dot this morning, so a bit more than 6 kgs lost, with all things considered, is not that bad.
Here are the before and after.

Still want to sloooowly lose 1-2 more kgs. I’ve hit PRs on OHP, pull-ups and lunges last week so I think that’s not bad. But I feel like I’ve lost legs, and gained arms, and my back looks even better than last year cut. Here are some more from this morning

I’ll post an after for future reference. As I stated a few days ago, I had an emergency appendectomy mid-may which has completely prevented me from training since then. That being said I wasn’t on track to shine in comparison to the others on this thread, but I did make improvements. Lol before the appendectomy I had better ab visibility, wish I had a pic from 2-3 weeks ago!
Nice thing is the surgical incisions are barely noticeable.


Now if I could get my before to show in the same post…

Not a good day 2. Everything about bench feels bad. Having real strength issues on my left side (the side with the strained lat). My wrists and right elbow are acting up and the more days off the more they hurt as backwards as that seems. Strained my left trap and tweaked my left pec on 380. So now my left lat, trap, and upper pec are all hurt. If I can just manage to hurt my lower chest and mid back on that side I could hit for the cycle and the whole shoulder capsule. Which wouldn’t be so bad if I’d gotten the 380. Not sure if deads tomorrow are going to happen at all. I just plain need more frequency on my bench that this program has in the peaking stage. Just plain rusty. Not used to fighting heavy weight on bench right now.

Sadly, yes :weary: no Squat since late october. But I think my legs responded well to hours and hours of incline treadmill walking.
