Off-Season Rugby/Hypertrophy

I was wondering if you had any input/suggestions for training in the offseason for rugby and also hypertrophy. I am 5’8" 180-185lbs looking to get a little (maybe 5-10lbs) bigger. I usually play hooker or flanker, and my lifting program typically revolves around heavy squats and deadlifts.
