Can anybody help me with a rugby training regime? I know its a very intense sport so therefore training must be intense but im willing ho through with. I was thinkin mainly lifts like squats and deadlifts also doing different running combinations like fartleks and intervals.
the season is currently midway threw and i was going to do this training now so i can be fit for training at the begining of next season becuase i dont currently play.
