Off Day Prowler. Too Much For Legs Each Week?

I am currently running 3 day a week Pervertor. With 3 days a week i like to push the assistance a bit more. A press day is superset with pull and goblet squats or sldl. A leg day is superset with dips and chins. I workout at lunch so i always have to be < 60 mins. So on tuesdays and Thursdays i do my hard conditioning which is a sled push in my driveway. My question, is that too much on the legs? Essentially i am hitting them 5 days a week in some way.

Are your legs recovering?

Well. Ill be honest they were pretty sore this week from the 10x5 squats. Not sure if that is an indicator of recovery or not. I assumed the doms will ease as the cycle goes on though.

Suppose it depends on how hard you push the prowler?

I use the prowler once a week and I push it hard. Once a week is more than enough for me.
If I was using it for recovery purposes I would drop the intensity.

Was it JUST this week since you started Pervertor? Or is it a common occurence.

This week 2. But being sore made me realize i was working my legs everyday.

I say finish out week 3 and if your still really sore, do a deload and cut back your hard conditioning to 1 day a week.
