Prowler Every Day?

My gym just got a prowler sled and I love it. I was just wondering if I can do it every day even on rest days (I believe there’s a well-known member here who does it every day but I can’t remember the username)

EDIT: Found it, http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_indigo_2/hip_scars_indigo3g_log?pageNo=31

Also in the DeFranco article on the Prowler it says that since the Prowler is an eccentric-less exercise it will actually add volume and help recovery…I seem to have answered my own question but any further input would be great

Try and and see how you feel, I’m thinking you can push it 5 days in a row and the 6th and 7th day call for a solid rest. Almost like overcompensation in a way?

Start again after two days, but make sure you progress. Add weight or distance. If you haven’t progressed by week 3 then it’s not a good way to train. Look up ways to progress on the prowler.

That’s ALWAYS sound advice.

Why not see how many consecutive days you CAN do, and then come back and tell us about your own experience?

Did you decide to use the Prowler 5x per week?

How did you find it and I’m assuming it has made some noticable changes to your composition already?
