Obliques Make You Look Fat?

posts have nothing to do with your “level” … the “level” is an idicator to how much Biotest supps/merch you’ve purchased through the site

LOL

Nice way to make people buy their products, but anyways, they do make nice stuff. I’m buying Flameout soon. Nice stuff.(never previously bought anything from the store, first time buyer)

I realize this does not directly apply to you, but was invaluable information for me as I naturally have a thicker waist and am no so much by way of “curvy”. Perhaps there’s one or two female lurkers who haven’t read this yet.

On a side note, I miss when they would occasionally run an article discussing variations in training for females. I moved over to MWA/FA for a while but since they stopped running articles, there is no reason to go over there.

Don’t get me wrong, a lot of the information works just the same, but sometimes I would like to see a paragraph or two addressing how to get the shoulders to grow without increasing trap size. Just sayin’.

The Greek ideal physique included a thick waist. A thick waist represented strength in that case, not being a fatass.

I talk to this guy on bodyspace and he uses tons of oblique moves and he doesn’t seem to have any thickness from it.

i guess it might be a case by case type of movement.

BigV- what was the ideal female body in greek times? Fat and hairy probably.
For me- I have a very small frame I need the smallest waist possible to look like I have any size. In my opinion there a lot better things you can be doing to see your obliques than direct WEIGHTED oblique or ab work. Onslaught- can’t really say much to that video- that’s the look to strive for physique wise in my opinion. Whatever he says goes although he’s gotta be all T3’d up. Tough to keep that longer than a few months though… damn. The burgers and pizza start to talk to me in my sleep- and you gotta cycle off at some point or you’ll blow out your thyroid and nads!
I told my girl about this post and we got into a full out fight. She says she always does abs and obliques. So I say pick up your shirt and show me and ab. It’s flat- but no abs… I said ‘no offense sweetie but take that 15-20 minutes you do on abs and keep on that treadmill and put away the Ben and Jerry’s’ - yeah. Didn’t go over too well. Slept on the couch the other night.

I’m 6 months clean and have put on 35 pounds since last fall- no abs here anymore, but here comes the spring baby!! Palumbo keto diet, HGH, T3, Clen and test - 8 weeks, RIPPED.
