How Do I Get an 8-Pack?

hey im new to this website just wanted to know how to get the last to abs just doesnt seem to come out

would be nice if someone can post what to do.

age: 16
height: 5’10 or 5’11
weight: 68kg used to be 78 when i was 14 doesnt make any sence i wasnt even fat

yea i just need a excercises that could suit my details

Ok, the only way to get them to REALLY stand out is by using anabolic steroids. It sucks, I know, but it’s worth it. If you don’t have any of those, try doing about 500 handstand crunches every night. Oh yeah, and you have to bench, squat, and deadlift over 400 pounds each to have those abs. It seems like this post was a last resort since you definitely read all this site has to offer. Good luck man.

are u serious i was looking at this girls diary workout thing, took her 3 months from not flat stomach to 8 pack i could give you the website if you want

If you’re not taking the piss,which is a serious possibility with silliness of the question,you’re way too light and tall and young to worry about gettin so ripped.Spend a couple of years eating and working out as heavy as you can whilst reading everything that written here and then come back and ask.You’ll be treated with a bit more respect as well!

The fact that you made him believe this is awesome. Well done Doom. My hat is off.

To the OP- you already have those abs. Whether or not you can see them is about how much bodyfat you have. There are no special exercises…although you might want to consider weightlifting once in a while so you’re not such a skinny runt. Now go back to that other BB site and never come here again.

I suggest going to the beginners forum. Their is a beginners thread pinned up at the top start reading it and come back with any and all questions.

Ok, I’ll be the one:

At 5.11 and 68 KG, you’re probably not very muscular. And while it’s possible to have some disproportionally big muscles, it’s seldom the abs. So, in order to look/be muscular, you have to be muscular …all over your body.
I was once 68 KG at 180cm (roughly your size) while boxing in welterweight. I hadn’t much fat on my ribs so you could see those abs everybody has.
So I assume you still have some fat on you while lacking muscle.

You now have two options:

you can diet/starve your way to 63 KG along with lots of cardio (try jogging/ropeskipping everyday for about an hour)
Your abs should be visible in two to four months. Also, most of your ribs will be visible, too. And parts of your spine. And your libido will drop. But hey- you got abs!
or you can browse the website and learn how to efficiently pack some more meat onto your body.

small hint: one option is crap, the other one is good<

That was a pretty good one. I used to have those last two showing till I got hurt. Now I only have 6 left but I know they’ll be back with hard work and a good diet.

You want an eight pack? Put on some weight by doing deadlifts, squats, chins, pull-ups, dips, etc.

You are young, unwise, and being silly. Gain weight, gain strength, gain respectable size, and the abs will come. No girl will want a bean pole with a couple abs…

Ehh apparently you don’t live in a college town. Let me rephrase this,no girl worth having will want a bean pole with a couple of abs.

go on a hardcore cutting cycle of test prop, tren, anavar, t3 and clen. Then you’ll see those abs. Also try the juice diet or the cabage diet. Oh and remeber high reps will tone you up. Forget about heavy weights, they will make you bulky. And we all know girls like seeing ribs. Think Adrien Brody.

All kidding aside your not very big. An 8 pack on a guy that has to jump around in the shower to get wet isn’t very impressive. Add 40 pounds of muscle and you won’t need abs to look good.

BULK UP

You really want a well rounded ab routine. A routine that hits your rectus abdominis on all planes, crunches, twists, bends, etc.
