I’m new to this, but how do you guys do to check out all the food you eat. Where do you get all your informations about “ho much calories” and “more proteins vs. more carbs” etc … I know that several informations can be found with all the products you get at the grocery, but it doesn’t look enough informations to me, is it ?
Thanks
