I am wondering where to go to find out the nutrition breakdown of foods, is there an article in Testosterone or a site that people visit. For instance, if I wanted to know the p/c/f breakdown of an egg, skinless chicken breast etc. where would I go? Thanks in advance!
You could buy one of those “food counts” books. They’re reletively cheap, and I just keep it in the kitchen if I don’t know the macronutrient profile of something I’m eating. Some of them even have fast food items and places in there (not that I should be eating those or anything)
