Hi chris

I am on ( get back in shap ) and follow diet type B1 to lose fat

And after one week i lost half kilo of fat and half kilo of muscles
Is it ok ? And how can i reduce lose of muscles ?

How did you measure your body composition? Because if you are training hard and ingesting enough protein and energy (which is the case as the 1B diet is NOT excessive) there is NO WAY you can lose muscle mass… at least not in the first week (or even in the first 6 weeks) and not unless you are 8% body fat or lower.

You likely lost water and glycogen which are “counted” as lean mass (but is not muscle).

And honnesly, the only body fat measurement tool that I trust is D-XA scan. All the other methods have at least a 3-5% error margin would be super inaccurate for something like a 1kg shift in weight.
