Hey CT, i need advice on my nutrition. im currently doing 6 trainings a week, every muscle group twice, and i keep gaining muscles slowly, but i dont think im losing much fat. im currently around 90 kg at 1.72 cm height and self judged around 17% BF (i see 4 of my abs).
so my question would be this: what would you recommend that my daily values should be, calories and also by type (fat, protein, carbs) and i must admit im not doing great with much carbs, i feel like im gaining fat when im around 150 g a day
