I am on fat loss cycle with getback in shap program, after 5 weeks i lost around 2.5 kilo fat and slightly increase in muscles ( less than 200 gram )
Should i continue in fat loss cycle or maintaining

I cannot tell you.
The longest I’d recommend someone be on a caloric restriction is 10-12 weeks. So you are well within that time frame.
So you can continue dieting down if that’s what you want.
But it really depends on you? If you have achieved the degree of leanness you are happy with you can transition to more of a growth-emphasis phase. But if you still want to lose more fat, continue for 3-5 week.
