When applying 5/3/1 for beginners, would you add weight to the bar each week or increase percentages due to the rapid adaptation to the stimulus? Curious to see how SS and 5/3/1 FB would compare/contrast as I’ve only ran custom powerlifting training from coaches/myself at an intermediate level for some time now
since your training 3 times a week with two lifts a day, it takes 2 weeks to do a full cycle, then you add weight.
