Not Sure What Workout Routine to Do?

Hi all,

So these’s days i can make it to the gym Monday to Friday for about 45 minutes a session. I was doing one body part a day but feel im plateauing.

I was doing one body part a day, and at first felt pretty good but now it’s ok.

I like to get stronger, a little bigger, stay in shape.

Any advice on what routine to follow would be great.
