Not feeling so hot... What could it be?

Lately, I have been having random periods of low energy and slight nausea. It sucks the most at the beginning of a workout (See my last post). I really am not sure what I should be doing to get rid of this. I started this whole fitness lifestyle to feel and look better, but now it is getting harder to stick with this being that I’m not feeling so great.

I am trying to figure out what it might be, and try to eliminate the culprit.

6’, 176 lbs, 19 years old

T-Dawg Diet? (70-100 g carbs / day, 180 protein, rest fat, about 2500 cals total)

MD6? Taken twice a day, 2 pills each time.

Not enough sleep? I typically get about 7 hours.

Could it just be the heat of this week? I thought I have been drinking enough water, but maybe I should increase it because of the sudden heat wave here in the NY/NJ area.

I am not feeling like I am going to pass out or anything, I just don’t feel GOOD, and it is hard to put a finger on exactly what it is. Can somebody please help me out?

Get a good multi-vitamin. Make damn sure if you are on t-dawg you are getting folic acid. Also MD6 made me sick as hell I cannot take that stuff at all. Hope this helps

It could be the md6 doing it to you…particularly if you are using the old Md6 which contains Yohimbine. It could also be your low carb diet. You might just need more carbs.

I bought a couple of bottles of MD6 from Vitamin Shoppe, which I believe is the last formula they made, which did include yohimbine (right?). Does yohimbine cause nausea?
