hey guys recently just started the V diet, heres my workout routine which i do monday/wednes/frid
started with 5 mins on ERGO (rowing) machine then swapped to bike to do 5 mins of fat burning mode.
then did around 30 minutes of weights.
2x8 sets of seated bench press
3x8 sets of lat pull downs
3x5 sets of pec flys
3x12 sets of 45 degree leg press
3x8 sets of shoulder press
3x8 seater lever row
3x8 front pull downs
i pretty much struggle with each rep but make sure the technique is right and i go the whole way through
but lately after getting back from the gym i feel really sick and tight in the chest, my breathing is fine but feels like im about to spew all the time. same with when i get home from work, i just get that really queezy feeling…
is just because im getting use to the workout regime? or is the protein shakes?
