Thats it tonight. Hit some nice PR’s even though my right shoulder was hurting like a bitch. I’m pretty sure it is because of that long as rep on MP with 205 that I failed with. Oh well, I’m sure it will feel fine again with a bit of rest. Those 130’s weren’t that heavy, but I was repping them so slow that I was pretty much pausing them at the bottom, because of my shoulder. Awesome night.
