The pink bear definitely added to the experience.

The pink bear gives me a funny feeling, a warm, funny feeling…

is that the “Don’t ask… Don’t tell” policy?? I think the new Socialist in power is doing or has done away with that.

What do you think that bear benches? Not with a bench shirt because that would be gay.

i rarely read those threads but i clicked on it and low and behold, someone had used one of my vids. he then went on to say that it was more of an incline press. what really struck me funny was all the people giving advice to breath through your set of overhead presses. i guess tightness is so overrated. but i guess when you are lifting “to feel the muscle” you don’t need to lift all those heavy weights.

anyway, i thought it would be funny to trash my own video to see if anyone would jump on the trash wagon. it seems to be very common over there in that forum.

i’m still weighing between 250-255. body comp is changing a lot though. getting more muscular in the previously neglected areas and losing fat in the needed areas.

look, you do all those pullups and you turn into a flying squirrel. I miss the bear. Should have saved the jpeg. Nice work on the pullups.

edit… didn’t work again… oh well. i still have that sassy bear. don’t you worry Pete:)

Pullups still gettin stronger at 250 BW… pretty happy with them. Those pullups with the 45 were pretty heavy. I only use straps on the real heavy sets. Surprised myself with 10 good BW pullups on that 2nd set. Short session… just got some blood flowin and the calves pumped, lol. Deadlifts this weekend so we just letting ourselves recover for that. Hoping to hit a good PR on the band deads.

Nice work fellas… Jowee, I dunno how you finished that set with out laughing. Meat… why can’t you be mature and level headed, providing a stoic example of leadership and seriousness… like Dave?

Words hurt.

deads- well… i’m officially burnt out on band work from the floor. i’m going to go back to my bread and butter of elevated pulls from mid shin. i was fried going into today. everything felt heavy.
