Does anyone in Northern Colorado (Fort Collins) olympic lift???
I live in Cheyenne and do olympic lifting. I am transitioning from bodybuilding type workouts to olympic lifting. I got a program from the University of Nebraska football team that includes olympic lifts in each workout. My goal is to eventually go to completely olympic lifting with minor detail work. Are you looking for a workout partner or just checking out who all is in the area?
