Noobs Training Log

Hey tnation. I am new to this forum and new to lifting in general. I am going to be a freshmen. I wanted to up my strength with burning some fat. My main goal is to get better at lacrosse which im really into. I weigh 148 pounds and am 5 ft 6.5 inches. Don’t know my BF %. Any of you guys know how i can figure that out.

Well here i will be posting my progress. I have been doing starting strength for 2 weeks so will post my previous progress in this post. I will also include a pic of me right now, 2 weeks in just to have to show progress. Well enjoy. Ps- if there is anything you guys think i should change or add to my workout please feel free to post. End of week results- +10 on bench, +35 on squat, +30 on dead, +10 on clean, +7 on press.

Workout a- 3x5 squat
3x5 bench
1x5 dead
workout b- 3x5 squat
3x5 press
5x3 clean
All lifts include warm up sets.

Did workout A 3 times. Did workout B 2 times so i took that in consideration on my gain.

Overall very happy with my gains. For supps. i am taking a multi-v, fish oil once a day. I am taking ast- vp2 protein after workouts and thats about it. I prefer to get my protein from real food. Any other supps. you guys suggest?
