OK, I finally found the POST button…and kinda looked around for my answers…
anyways,
a little about me…I’m 34years old…6’4 around the 260 mark…all belly…
I haven’t been too active in the last 5 years, meaning no working out or anything…
I want to slim down to about the 210-220 range…
I jsut started working out again ( 1 month ) and i have lost some lbs…but my problem is eating and being tired all the time…
Is there something that can help me ?..supress my hunger…
I just started this week on a diet…i eat every 2 hours now…about the amount of a sandwich…
my goal is to get 2-3 months in and loose as much as I can and then go on the juice…is there a juice that will help cut down on the body fat and still give me some size…not looking to be the HULK…just some definition to my chest and upper body…
Are you fucking serious?
After 3 months of training your are going to "go on the juice"? Most people here are not going to come map out a cycle for you. You shouldnt even be juicing, but if you were going to, you need to read about it yourself and ask questions once you know a thing or two.
Well like i said…I asking question so that i can get educated on the matter…

grapefruit
I have nothing against people that go on the juice. But they have to earn it.
If you start roids before you learn how to put or muscle, you will need to stay on the juice to keep any muscle it gives you.

Wow...How about reading before asking people to hand out the information? There was an article written not too long ago here that pretty much gives you everything you need to know about gear.
I also agree with the idea that juicing isnt necessarily a bad thing. The problem is that you are going to start juicing before you have even made this a lifestyle. You dont know anything about training or nutrition? Its kind of like a fat chick saying she is going to lose weight for a month then go get lypo...just doesnt make much sense.

LOL!!
Let’s be helpful here.
HOT-ROX Extreme is what you’re looking for. That’s enough “gear” to cut all your fat right off, assuming you’re already making the hard decisions in the weight room, the kitchen, and the bedroom.
Good luck, work hard, be patient.
