I have to go away from home for 2 weeks (16.5 days actually, Friday-Sunday).
We have a Gym with an OLY bar and weights, but no squat rack, and thus, any squat weights will be limited to what I can regularly clean (90kg).
Should I supplement with front squats for a 3 week cycle? Do extra deadlifts for compact 3 deadlift sessions into two weeks and push 3 squat sessions into the week before/after?
Personally, I would just postpone your next squat cycle until you’re back home. While away, I would focus on front squats and higher rep back squats on your squat day.
Train what you can. Use that time to try new stuff. who knows, you may find something you haven’t done and it adds to your training when you do get back home. Absence make the heart fonder right? Don’t sweat the load if you can’t squat it’s really not a big deal.

Agreed. Work yourself harder in other ways. Time to do some experimentation.
I would not bother with front squat as it will probably be way too light anyway, unless you have a really good clean.
I would continue the program and do snatch grip deadlift instead of squat, try to use your squat numbers on this lift, bring some straps, stay upright and have fun.
Just train normal and leave out the squatting - any weight you can clean to your shoulders probably isn’t going to do enough to make a big difference. And 2 weeks isn’t going to kill you. Just come back with a vengeance.
Since you are already doing deadlifts, cleans, rows and jumps - you’ll be fine.
Thanks for the advice everyone. I think I will try to fit 3 weeks of Squats into 2 weeks (i.e. Monday, Sunday, Thursday) either side of the 2 weeks. Fortunately this falls nicely into the 5-3-1, 2 weeks off, 5-3-1. As I will have very little to do during these two weeks (apart from drink), I will take the opportunity to rest and do some of the ‘interesting’ things which do not fit into the regular program (turkish get ups etc).
