Hi, I’m giving a try to EDT system. I find it very good and “different” to my usual training system. Here a bit of info about me: I train with a splitted routine. Usually I employ a high intensity approach (i start with heavy sets around 90%RM of a multijoint followed by a “secondary movement” and then a “pumping” set with isolation movement).
