Absolutely hilarious. Very weak. Lost even more weight. Feel small. I set the hooks for my stretch pressing a slot lower. Not sure if it helped or not. Spine is way twisted.

Those pull-aparts did their job well. Feel them more than my training session.

Not a bad day overall. Found my bar position on squats again thanks to the Anderson squats. Weaker out of the hole and some mobility issues, but I’m finally on the right track. Hardly any pain anymore. 600 is going down soon then 650 and 700 thereafter. The trap bar disappointed me. I really want to load that fucker up. I could’ve if I had Ivanko plates but whatever. I can still use it for frame carries at least. I was actually feeling strong for close grip bench today then I actually benched. It could just be that both the bar and bench I used were different but still. I was honestly looking at hitting something like 365x3 which would’ve been a PR for my close grip, but that will go down soon most definitely. Did some back and arm work and that felt pretty productive. Those gains should come pretty easy. I’m thinking about pushing my pullups again perhaps. The most I’ve ever done in one set is about 30 and I’ve done a few reps with about 132lbs, so why not. My arms are even sore like I’d thought they would be, so I’m hitting them again today after squats and deadlifts along with hammie work.
