Sweet. And to ^^, I understand your point too.
Well then consider me up for application then. Wouldn’t mind having some fun discussions with Physiologik and BBB about rehab stuff that gets tossed up in the T-cell.
OP you just recently made a thread about carb cycling. We told you that you need to start eating clean first and then you can think about doing an advanced method like carb cycling.
Your response was “honestly, I’m not the kind of guy who is going to eat clean”
I don’t think you’re ready.
There’s always T-Cell Beta,… sure it doesn’t sound as cool, but for folks who want to cut from their present 160 lbs down to 145 for summer, talk about how huge Hugh Jackman is, blame Steroids for Ronnie’s 8 Olympia Titles, or just pat themselves on the back for non-accomplishments,… well, I’m sure a lot of folks would fit right in -lol.

How about every new poster starts out with posting rights for t-cell beta… And, after some time, they can then get posting rights for the bb and strength sports forums if they’ve shown themselves to be genuine posters and not trolls/men’s health rejects.

Agreed…and I don’t need the extra pm’s either.
Tip: if you rarely even get into heated discussions in the bodybuilding forum and don’t even post regularly, don’t send me a pm about the T-Cell.
It is like people do that just so they can be in it…then they don’t post a damn thing making their addition pointless to begin with.
Some advice for the OP, just lift weights, make progression, try to eat clean, learn and read. There is some good stuff to read here on the forums, one of them is in T-Cell alpha. So lurking isn’t that bad if you have the attitude for it.

im not usually in the BBing forum cuz im usually in the strenght sports collum, and i just wanted to know what the t-cell alpha thing was, not asking for acess, at this point, im not near advanced, though i do take my training very serioisly. and as far as carb cycling goes, when i meant that im not the type of guy to eat clean, i mean it like that because im 17, did you eat clean when your 17? and im not a bodybuilder, i am just trying to get bigger for football. and yes, i am immature, im 17, i know. i do love my new sport powerlifting and that i take 100% seriously, i dont see many other teesns such as myself waking up at 445 every morning to train with some good guys to get better at it so i can get a 1300 pound total.

I’m doing the “X-Diet”. It’s brand new, works 12 times as fast, and eliminates the need for all of that pesky weightlifting…so you don’t get too huge and UNfunctional.
Brad Pitt, here I come.
I recieved the big invite on 5/15/2008, but everytime I tried to follow the link I got the internet stiffarm.

Is that the one where you only eat 2.5 lb plates? With BBQ sauce once per week? I heard it only works if you eat Ivanko plates.

That’s ridiculous.
You eat Bar-b-cue sauce EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I did not eat “Clean” at the age of 17, but then again I did not have access to the kind of information that you do at your age.
If I had T-Nation at 17, you’d better fucking believe that I would have taken advantage of it!

At 16, I was eating Timmy Chan’s fried chicken wings and fried rice (for 4 fucking bucks??? I’ll take TWO) and Taco Bell every afternoon trying to gain weight. I also had very limited gym access and was mostly just using a single set of cheap hand weights at home.
Considering I had no idea how to cook and my parents weren’t helping me get that food in, that was all I had access to.
If I had the resources, the skills and the access back then, I would have actually been making real progress.
Most people getting into this today don’t have many excuses…yet they seem to be having a harder time than anyone.
