Did that 5 times, less than a minute between sets
All in all, workout was less than 2 hours.
Then walk home.

Wow, that’s a lot of work. So you do handstand push-ups? That’s something I’d like to do - hence me going to gymnastics and learning how to do the handstand. I’m guessing your feet are on a wall, or are you doing them free-standing?

Did a BF% check, I’m at 19.4%, still 144 lbs. So I’m quite content.

Sowwy for what? Like Nadia said, you are killing it with volume and intensity. Just enable yourself a day to rest here and there so you don’t end up with adrenal burnout. Your strength is going up and bodyfat is plummeting! Can’t argue with results, make sure that you practice your posing though, cramping and muscle fatigue may be an issue. I have created a monster! The e.p.o.c complex at the end for icing!
