I know I poofed from my journal for a while there. My day off turned into a Diet Rest Weekend. Not that I pigged out, but if you let me, I’ll eat once a day and be damn content about it. So I was just kind of lenient like that with my eating.
I did do some conditioning though, the last two nights I’ve been doing tabatas, 4 sets each night and threw in some DB SLDLs and GHRs last night.
Anyway, Aunt Flo is here, so I’m not feeling 100% This most be the month where my symptoms include bloating so I’m looking in the mirror like “Damn… you look like shit.”
I’m pretty sure I’ll go to the gym tomorrow so I’ll be back then.

Today was first day back in the gym after a few days lay-off, so low-rep day was kinda weak and short.
Did squats superset with prone leg curls.
Squats went as 135 x 5, 185 x 2, 205 x 1, 205 x 1, 185 x 2, 135 x 5
Prone leg curls stayed at 75 x 10-12 (did 10 reps for the last two reps, hammies died on me)
I did get 205# vid for you guys, not great depth, but I didn’t collapse either so I’m happy
Then deadlifts superset with leg extensions
Deadlifts were weak, so I said good-bye to those early
185 x 3, 225 x Fail x 2 , 205 x 1, 185 x 5
Leg Extensions were 130 x 12
Did adduction/abduction machine
50 x 12 for both
60 x 12 for both
70 x 12 for both
Did my complex before calves because all of a sudden, everyone cares about training calves today

Did the circuit 5 times, 6 reps each
For the first three sets, I thought that I had 55 on the bar. Then I realized “Oh wait, those are 2 10s I put on” so I did the complex with 65 lbs. I’m proud of myself for that, of course that means that I’m not allowed to do the complex with anything less than that again, so I’m not TOO excited ;D
Then calves, superset standing and seated calf raises.
Oh, I finally got a picture of my back pose, the pose sucks, but I think I finally learned how to do it better when I practiced later
My back is making nice progress, no?
