Oh, hi N ![]()
Yeah, I got a PR somewhere, darn it.
I didn’t take rest between a lot of those exercises either (it was just chest to back, back to chest with zero rest, then back) so it shocked me.

Hand held thing? No?
Lol I don’t know what that is.
The one my teacher used are calipers attached to a computer.
The ones I have at home are digital body fat calipers.
Dropping body fat is secksay. That’s damn good work kid!
Im talkin about the electrical impedance thingy…not the most accurate, but I’ll take it.
There is so much volume in your workouts I have to re read it cause I miss something. Awesome
Congrats on getting leaner as well

You mean yours isn’t accurate? I think that the trick is that the better hydrated you are, the more accurate it is.
I’m sure that you’re adequately hydrated and that the numbers are right cuz you’re looking fierce!
The important thing is that the numbers on the same tool are going down.

Thanks darling, and I’m the Volume Queen dontcha know ![]()
Okay, again, your volume makes me tired, just reading it. You’re gonna rock at your show!
Okay T-Nation back? Wow that was lame lol! We’ll see if this posts. I’m in a hotel in beautiful rancho cordova for an insurance class. Yay.
That complex looks good. With short rest like that I bet its very metabolic… which im sure you’re after in your contest prep. Sounds like you’re getting excellent fat loss results as well! It doesn’t really matter how exactly accurate the measurement is as long as its trending downwards. Excellent job little mama!
Very impressive volume there.

It’s not known to be the most reliable tool…not compared to some of the other techniques anyway. But your right. I’ve only used it to track downward trend.

You make me want more volume in my training.
Wicked progess Nikki! Your hard work is certainly paying off.

Ah, BB complexes. <3
Thank you ladies!.. and Count ![]()
I finally updated my iPod last night, which was a major help to my workout today. Head banging between sets FTW ![]()

Did calves, 10 sets.

Rest was at or less than a minute, that’s a given.
Then hour walk home.
Damn, I type slow, sorry I missed you timmy and k-man… aww k-man, you’re back ![]()
Timmy, I do 3-site.
Thats great, and to finish with a cowsgrove complex! I love that you are getting stronger! Volume Queen! (soon to be size queen?lol.)
No run home to flush the legs?
wow, now I’m caught up…you’ve are the biggest volume whore I know! That’s a big compliment. All those supersets, then complexes, then walk home…no wonder you’re BF is spiraling down.
Very proud of you Nikki!
